ServiceNow extends from ITSM and SecOps to HR software

While ServiceNow typically focuses on enterprise type accounts, the software has established itself as a co-managed services platform for mid-sized MSPs.

Key ServiceNow partners in the IT consulting and MSP industries include Thrive, Fully Managed and Wipro, among others. Everything, NTT Data leverages ServiceNow and Microsoft Teams as an integrated experience, companies say.

Meanwhile, ServiceNow hasn’t put much effort into getting into the SMB sector, leaving MSP-focused software companies to fill various market gaps.
