Seagate sells Monterey II model at Talis Park

Seagate Development Group has completed and sold the over 4,500 square foot Monterey II model home in the Isola Bella enclave of Talis Park. This is the third model from the leading full-service development company sold in this exclusive lakeside golf community and will soon join another completed model, as well as many completed models and custom residences.

It leads to a great room with a custom designed wood wall, wine cellar, chef’s kitchen with expansive quartzite island and quartz perimeter, wall cabinets below transom windows, double wall oven and a gas stove, as well as a dining room with a wet bar, all geared towards entertainment and relaxation. These luxury living areas will include the lakeside outdoor living space, complete with a kitchen and dining area, a porcelain tile covered fireplace, a concrete fire pit, a custom pool with water feature, a raised spa and an enclosed privacy wall.
