Seagate sells air conditioning unit for over $8 million

Seagate Development Group’s 14550 Global Parkway, LLC has sold the Conditioned Air operations center for $8.1 million. SW Management & Realty, LLC – a subsidiary of Seagate – represented the seller in this transaction, while Derek Bornhorst of Lee & Associates represented the buyer.

The sale comes a year after Seagate completed the nearly 53,000 square foot world-class facility at 14550 Global Parkway – conveniently located between Interstate 75 and Southwest Florida International Airport – in South Fort Myers.

“We were honored to work on this wonderful project with the team at Conditioned Air,” said Matt Price, CEO and Partner, Seagate Development Group. “Although we were not in the market to sell, after meeting Justin Clair, SVP of Acquisitions, and his team at One Liberty Properties, we were confident the building would be left in good hands.”

Designed and built to support business growth in Lee, Collier and Charlotte counties, the sloped Class A concrete industrial property features 24 feet of clear heights in the warehouse and 18 loading dock doors. In addition to warehousing space, the operations center contains executive offices, a training center and laboratory, a multimedia conference room and ample parking for the fleet of air-conditioned vehicles.
