Or, you can choose a watch face that displays detailed weather forecasts, a basic dashboard, or live wallpapers inspired by the Galaxy Z Fold3 5G and Galaxy Z Flip3 5G, all of which can be customized to match. your unique personality and lifestyle.

New complications have also been added and are a great way to quickly access important information and launch the apps you use the most. You can now mix and match up to four complications to display on your Pets watch face – from battery life and reminders to messages, your step count and more. You can now also choose an animated GIF for your My Photo + watch face to create an exciting and vivid watch face all your own.

The update also brings more fun animations to the face of your Steps Challenge watch. to help you track your progress and stay motivated. An animated bear will follow every step of your competition – from stretching before you start a challenge, to cheering you on when you win.

More convenience with additional gesture control

Gesture controls let you do more using simple hand movements. In addition to moving your forearm up and down twice to receive calls and rotating your wrist twice to reject calls or ignore alarms, the latest Galaxy Watch4 update includes a new hand movement that can serve as a useful shortcut to activate your favorite or most frequently used app or features – without having to lift a finger or press a button.

With a simple “knock, knock” motion with your wrist, you can open your workout list, turn on a light, or even easily create a new reminder.

In addition, Galaxy Watch4 users can also enjoy 60-day access to get the most out of their sport with Strava subscriber-only features.[3].
