Compass to add more resources to India Development Center

Compass, Inc, a real estate technology company, has announced plans to double its workforce in India at the Compass India Development Center (IDC) in the coming months.

Based in the United States, Compass provides a platform that enables residential real estate agents to provide services to buyers and sellers.

Compass IDC, located in the financial district of Hyderabad, is the only Compass technology hub to operate outside of the United States and complements the company’s technology hubs in New York, Seattle, and Washington, DC.

The Compass IDC has more than 200 employees, and the Talent Acquisition for IDC is focused on engineering and developing next-generation technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, cloud computing, l data analysis, robotic process automation, iOS and Android development.
