7 Best “Tower of Fantasy” Character Presets

Depending on your perspective, the extensive character customization options are either one of the best or one of the worst features of many RPGs. And the new American MMORPG from Hotta Studio Tower of Fantasy has one of the most detailed character designers I can think of, at least in a JRPG. It contrasts sharply with its rival Genshin Impact, which has no character customization. But the fine tailoring of hair, eyes, scars, clothes, etc. of your character may not be suitable for everyone. Fortunately, Hotta Studio had a brilliant idea: they added a feature that allows players to share and download character designs as presets. You know what that means: It’s anime character reference time, baby!

Of course, attracting players who just want to jump right into the game is a great move. Especially if they’re eager to claim their launch event rewards. Not everyone wants to spend an hour creating their character (ahem). But given Tower of FantasyIn the style of anime, character code sharing had a fun, if not predictable, side effect. Players use extensive customization to craft incredibly precise lookalikes of famous anime and JPRG characters.

Here are some of my favorites. I honestly can’t believe all of these customization options exist in this game. Perhaps especially when it comes to outfits and hair accessories. Bonkers. Truly a marvel. And don’t worry, I will also share the codes with you. It’s those “Image IDs” in the corner of the image. Just make sure that if you want to use any of them, you choose the “correct gender” for the character (male or female) before entering the code. Tower of Fantasy is incredibly lame that way.

The Genshin Impact crossing

Hu Tao (ID: 799) is one of the most popular characters in Genshin Impactand now a doppelganger is one of the most popular premade characters in Tower of Fantasy. Considering how the two games are constantly compared to each other, it seems like everything should always be meta. Hu Tao is a Pyro character in Genshinin case you want to build your weapon stash accordingly.

do you want more Genshin characters? Try Eula (ID: 690) or Bennett (ID: 1929) for size.

Hatsune Miku

This one makes me laugh so much that I could honestly mess with myself. If you’re unfamiliar, Hatsune Miku is the most popular and ubiquitous vocaloid, aka digital pop star. This means that almost anyone can download Hatsune Miku sampler software and create their own Hatsune Miku song. She does hologram concerts. It’s good.

There are a few Mikus in Fantasy Tower. Another’s image ID is 3825.

naruto Characters galore!

Apparently, naruto remains the most popular anime in the world in 2022. So, naturally, a ton of character presets have been created that nod to the legendary shounen. You can walk around as Pain (ID: 6157), Naruto himself (ID: 1968448), Uchiha (ID: 175917), Sasuke (ID: 1012), Hinata (ID: 38) and many more.

Kaneki Ken from tokyo ghoul

There’s something very satisfying about transplanting a character from a very dark, gritty series into a video game with wide green fields and lots of sunshine. If you are interested, the identifier of tokyo ghoul‘s Ken is 15274.

Asuka Langely Neon Genesis Evangelion

Obviously-obviously“I want to play as Asuka. In this way, in my head, I will shout “BAAAAKA!” to everyone while I’m playing. Also, this one was in the suggested builds for me, right before the game crashed and my internet went sad. I’m having a good time.

There are a few different Asukas. An Asuka ID is 160906.

2B of Deny automata

If you want more JRPG meta madness, there’s a code for 2B (ID: 63865) from Square Enix that’s absolutely awesome Deny automata. Games ultimately about to get a Switch version, so why not get to grips with the character here?

Hisoka from Hunter X Hunter

Perhaps one of the most memorable villains in all of anime, Hunter X Hunter‘s Hisoka naturally belongs to this list. This design also has simple rules. Get your spooky vibes with ID 3291.
